HEROES is based in the grounds of Harrow Rugby Football Club. Parking is available at the club which can be accessed on the intersection of Wood Lane and Warren Lane, just off Stanmore Hill. Meet point is just in front of the main club house. There is a fully equipped gym with high-end equipment available for personal training and small group classes. The aim is for group sessions to be outside unless the weather is really bad!

How long are the sessions?
Personal training sessions are one hour long, including warm-up and cool-down.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes, we work with clients of all abilities, from those exercising for the first time to regular gym-goers looking to enhance their training.
What age range do you work with?
We work with clients from teenagers to seniors.
How often should I train?
The frequency of training depends on your goals, schedule, and ability, ranging from 1 to 5 sessions per week.
What do the sessions include?
All sessions are tailored to you as an individual, taking into account your goals and any limitations you may have.
How do payments and blocks work?
Start by booking a taster session.

After completing it, clients typically commit to an 8-week block with 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, depending on availability.

Payments can be made via GoCardless or cash. With GoCardless, the total is split into two equal instalments due every four weeks in advance. For cash payments, the full amount is required upfront at the beginning of the block.

How do I book my PT sessions?

What should I do if I am injured?
If you are injured, we will do our best to work around it unless advised otherwise by a medical professional. For example, if you have an ankle injury, we can focus on upper body exercises.
What should I bring to my first session?
Please wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers, and bring a water bottle.
Do you offer personal training for two people?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions for two people at a time. Please enquire for pricing.

How do I book a session?

You can book a spot in a group class through PT Minder using this link.

Your first session is free when you use the code FREE.

Are there changing and toilet facilities?
Yes, we have changing rooms and toilet facilities available.

Please note that the changing rooms are shared with the rugby club, so consider this if they have training scheduled.

Which membership option is best for me?
If you plan to attend classes two or more times a week, the HEROES Unlimited membership is your best choice.

Otherwise, the 10-Session Block may be more suitable.

Can I cancel my membership?
For those with a HEROES Unlimited membership, you are committed to the first pro-rata payment and the initial full payment.

After that, you can cancel immediately through your account.

Is there an expiry date on the 10-Session Block?
Yes, once you purchase the 10 sessions through PT Minder, you have one year to use them.
What types of group classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes, including strength training, HIIT, and conditioning sessions, through formats like circuits, AMRAPs, and EMOMs.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely!

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and exercises can be modified to accommodate individual abilities, making them easier or more challenging as needed.

How long are the classes?
Each class is 45 minutes long, which includes both warm-up and cool-down.
What should I bring to the class?
Please wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers based on the weather, and don’t forget to bring water.
Can I try a class before committing?

What if I have an injury or physical limitations?
Please inform the instructor in advance by arriving early or contacting us via WhatsApp. We will make suitable adjustments to accommodate your needs during the session if possible.
